Even though there has been some unforeseen events that has happened, the maintenance workers and staff have been very helpful about everything. If there is a problem with anything, they send updates through email and make frequent updates based on circumstances.

|Recommended: YesNot sure at first — At first, I wasn’t sure I was going to stay here. There was some really sketchy stuff going on over at Alight, and I was concerned about the safety of being so close to that. As the year has gone on, that place has settled down a whole lot. Now, I feel totally comfortable here. We just got a brand new big metal fence, and it really makes the place feel isolated from any issues that come from living in an apartment complex. Prices are pretty good, maintenance staff is on point and always helpful shoutout to Jared, absolutely awesome guy . The resident police folk are very nice, and the office staff is super helpful. My biggest complaint, as a gym bro, is the lack of a proper rack in the fitness center, but I understand the safety concerns there. Beyond that, I can’t really find any complaints. I don’t personally use the shuttle, by roommates find it incredibly useful and reliable. The “corporate” folks are also really good about sending emails to notify residents about anything that may be going on. Overall, compared the the horror stories I’ve heard at other places, I’m not sure you can beat CoTR if pricing is a factor. I feel it’s a real “bang for your buck” type of place. I’m not sure you’d find another place with staff as awesome as this, and with as many amenities easy trash access, gym, pool, gated community, etc as this place.
