Parking is provided at no additional cost for all College Town on the River residents. Each resident is permitted to register and park one (1) vehicle on the property. A limited number of covered parking spaces are available for an additional monthly fee of $30.00. These spaces are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. All resident vehicles must be registered within the Resident Portal and display the current parking sticker on either the windshield (front) or back window at all times. Guests must obtain a valid guest parking pass from the Leasing Office prior to parking on the property. Vehicles without proper authorization may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Residents and guests are expected to comply with all parking rules and community guidelines to ensure fair and consistent use of the parking areas.
